Vintage 1929 Spanish-style condo on a beautiful, quiet street, blocks from Sunset Strip, Santa Monica Blvd. & Melrose Ave.

Walk to everything: groceries (Trader Joes, Whole Foods), movies, restaurants, cafes, post office, shops, and sights to see!

Best for solo adventurers, professional creatives and business travelers.

Cozy, good vibes, SW light, original art & plants. People always tell me it is so much nicer than the photographs and that they feel "home" :)

Because it is a vintage condo, and in an urban environment, you will hear things. So, if you are very sensitive to noise, know that you may on occasion hear neighbors, or a blower from the building behind us, etc. Most of the time, however, it is quite serene.

Guests will have full access to kitchen and living room. There is a tandem parking spot available in a gated lot as well as street parking. There are new washer and dryers in the building.

There is a well maintained, central Spanish-style courtyard. You can lounge in an Old Hollywood, peaceful environment.

You'll have the place to your self at least 2 days a week and one week of the month. I spend a couple of night's/week at my boyfriend's (he doesn't stay here) and then visit my mother in Northern California.

The building is mainly owner-occupied. Credit check, references and I must submit your ID to our management company.
