My roommate is moving out, her loss, your gain. Im looking for a super cool roommate to share a large 2 bed/2 bath apartment in Hollywood/West Hollywood. Large bedroom. Full bathroom. 2 Closets. Shared kitchen, dining room, and common area. 3 Balconies (that's more balconies than people living here). Additional closets. Lots of houseplants. A/C. Somewhat decent view of the hills, but not really.

Building has a pool. Laundry room. and Garage in the basement. Apartment is on the second floor. We have a shared parking space.

There are tons to walk to: Runyon Canyon, Ralphs, Trader Joes, 1/2 a block from a 7eleven and 1 block from a Chipotle - the neighborhood is great! The common area is nicely designed and laid out to be quite cozy. Rent is $1200 per month, not including utilities, which average out less than $100 or so. The deposit is $870. The apartment is available now.

Ideally you are easy going, not a partier, considerate, and clean. Past roommates and I got along great and would often have pizza and movie nights. So friendship is included (I know right? what a deal?)
