Seeking a good roommate for my 2 BR/2BA apartment. It has a balcony, large living and dining area, and dishwasher. The room measures approximately 13’ x 13’ and has nice sized closet. Down the hall from the room is your private bathroom and you’ll have a non-tandem parking spot. The building has a pool/lounge area and a 24/7 laundry room. Your share of utilities is about $100/month (half of internet and electricity) while all other utilities are included. No pets are allowed. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Good credit (there is a credit check) and $1,300 security deposit is required.

About me: A gay guy who is clean, quiet, considerate, conscientious, honest, responsible, and nice. My hobbies include the gym, the outdoors, church, music, amusement parks, bowling, photography, and gardening. I enjoy hosting one or two large events a year such as a dinner or cocktail party. I decorate the apartment for Halloween and Christmas.
