Hello! I’m looking to rent out my apartment’s other bedroom with a move-in date of July 15 / August 1. It’s a 2B/2B that’s 1,400 square feet, right off the intersection of Fairfax and Santa Monica.

Great location that’s walking distance from whatever you would need, and it’s hard to beat a price like this in West Hollywood for the size.

ABOUT THE PLACE
- Rent is $1,350 (including all utilities) AND fully rent stabilized
- Own bedroom / private bathroom with tub
- Spacious apartment with lots of natural light
- Washer / Dryer in building
- Street parking available / garage parking for additional fee

WHO I AM
- About to enter law school in hopes of using my privileges to help others
- Will be a bit of a homebody given that I’ll need to be studying
- Proud father of two cats
- Big fan of live music, thrifting, reality tv, tennis, being outdoors

WHO YOU ARE
- preferably a member of the LGBTQ+ community, but open to all :)
- A fan of two very sweet cats (NOTE- the cats have always been kept out of the room that I’m renting out, so they know your room is a no-go spot UNLESS you want them in there with you :) )
- Reliable income, clean, considerate, open-communicator
- Bonus points if you’re a Bravo fan
