Room for Rent in Fully Furnished Apartment

I am looking for a respectful, clean, financially stable roommate with references and proof of income.

I am a working professional with a full-time position in the design field, and I am looking for someone responsible, quiet, and considerate to share a well-kept home.

The apartment is fully furnished, except for the bedroom available for rent. The available bedroom is unfurnished and includes a large walk-in closet. All you need to do is furnish your bedroom and bring your clothes.

The apartment includes:

Fully furnished living room and common areas
Shared bathroom
Internet / Wi-Fi included
Refrigerator, Oven & a Gas cooktop
Gas and electricity included in the rent
Wall-mounted air conditioning in the living room
Small air conditioner in the master bedroom

Please note: the available bedroom does not currently have air conditioning. A window AC unit may be installed by you, but any additional electricity usage/overage caused by the AC would need to be calculated and paid separately in addition to the monthly rent.
