I'm looking for a roommate for my 2 bed/ 2 bath top floor apartment in West Hollywood. You will not find a better price in this area.

You'll be renting a spacious single room with lots of closet space. There's a standard bath with tub/ shower. Large living room space with standard kitchen. There is also a balcony with a view of the Hollywood Sign. There is 1 covered parking spot for $75 a month. Washer and dryer in building, as well as a courtyard and small swimming pool. The apartment is on the top floor, and shares no walls with any neighbors.

Apartment is a few blocks from Santa Monica and Fairfax. Walking distance to Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Ralphs, Poinsettia Park, CVS, Target, Best Buy, as well all the shops and restaurants on santa monica and melrose ave.

I'm a gay man in my 30's and work full time. I'm pretty easy to get along with. I like to keep a clean apartment. I did have to ask my last roommate to move out because he was very dirty.
