Looking for a quiet professional or student to rent my spare bedroom. It includes a 1/2 bath. The apartment is in a prime location and located on a quiet and historic street in West Hollywood. Centrally located walking distance to all local markets, cinema, and restaurants.

The bedroom is fully-furnished with a Queen-size bed and nightstand with lamp. There is a writing/computer desk and a full-length mirror behind the bedroom door. The windows are above a locked alley way and face the Hills.

I am a photographer. I shoot mostly outdoors or in studio but do most of my editing and calls from home. I am out of town for extended periods of time, so I am looking for someone reliable and trustworthy.

All utilities and WiFi included.

Applicant must have a full-time job.

Minimum 6-month stay.

First, last, and security deposit required.
