We're upstairs

Hello all! I'm looking for a new roomie June 1st move in. It is a 2bed 1 bath apt located in Melrose district, Hollywood with rent of $1,300/month each including utilities (no laundry unit on-site).

My current roommate and I have been here LOVING IT for 4 years. It's time for her to start a new chapter and move in w her boyfriend, yay Bridge!

I'm staying put and hoping to bring in a fellow queer - I'm lesbian - a creative, a goober, a chiller, someone who's really considerate and empathetic like me but also silly. Bridget and I had a great time living 4 years together because we shared these values in our living space, which I need my new roomie to as well:

Clean = peace. I care about keeping shared space clean so we can both come home feeling grounded and peaceful.

Home is a quiet refuge. At the end of the workday, I want to come home to quiet. I'm ambiverted, so while quietude is critical, I do appreciate my home sprinkled with confetti of the love of my friends via occasional parties and lowkey hangs.

Stable income is a given. I'm 30 years old, a youthful one for sure!, but ultimately very responsible. I've been at my current job for 3.5 years and have money saved if anything happens.

Communication is #1 of course. It's a small space we're sharing, so it's important staying communicative with each other is a priority in relational dynamics for you as well.
