You’ll have a comfortable private bedroom and private bathroom in our thoughtfully designed triplex. This space is perfect for someone who wants a beautiful, safe, and serene place to stay with comfort of home rather a hotel.

Prime Location & Nature Feel:
Our home is tucked in the heart of Laurel Canyon, just off Sunset Boulevard, surrounded by tall trees and canyon views. The air feels fresh and clean, creating a rare, peaceful retreat in LA — all while being just minutes from West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and Hollywood. No matter which way you’re coming from, the drive home is always a pleasure.

Who you sharing the space with:
You’ll be sharing the home with me (Niloofar) and my husband Ramin. We’re both creative professionals in music, art and interior design. Very respectful of personal space, and generally calm, friendly, and easygoing. We enjoy a peaceful home environment and love hosting people who appreciate good design, cleanliness, and positive energy.

Your room is located on the second floor, along with the living room and kitchen, which you’re welcome to enjoy as part of the home. Although the space is shred but our bedroom and our recording studio is on a different level of the house.

Ground floor, is entrance, storage and laundry room.

Our bedroom and recording studio are on the third floor, giving you a comfortable sense of privacy while still sharing a warm, peaceful living space together. If you’re into music, you’re more than welcome to use our recording studio — just let us know in advance. You’ll also have access to our backyard on the third floor, where you’ll find a cozy hammock and outdoor seating. It’s a lovely spot to relax, enjoy the fresh air, read, or just take in the peaceful canyon atmosphere — feel free to make yourself at home out there.
