I’m a 38-year-old photographer originally from Maine, now based in LA. I’m looking for a roommate to share my serene, spacious sun drenched plant-filled 800 sq ft 1-bedroom apartment, full of natural light and fully furnished.

THE UNIQUE SETUP:

I travel very frequently - for months at a time - so you'd have the apartment to yourself often. That said, I will be living there too, especially during the winter months, so I’m looking for someone open to a shared 1-bedroom setup as a roommate, not a sublet. I'm hoping for a 1-year commitment if it's a good fit. Available Feb 1st 2026

When we’re both there, I’m totally open to figuring out what makes the most sense for sleeping arrangements. I’m just as happy sleeping on the couch as in the bedroom, and I’m fine switching based on our schedules - for example, if one of us is getting up much earlier or staying up later, that person could take the couch so the other can sleep more quietly. Both my couch and bed are genuinely very comfortable, I’m flexible and would like to come up with something that feels good for both of us.

In my free time I love reading (novels, poetry, fantasy), watercolor painting, making loose-leaf tea, cooking dinner and watching an episode, coffee dates with friends, picnics in the park, visiting art galleries, watching TikToks, doing Pilates, and catching up with my long-distance besties.
