Beautiful West Hollywood full amenity building

I have this extraordinarily beautiful place state of the art technology security building gated garage parking beautiful amenities ( heated pool, gym, lounge, sun decks with views from downtown to West L. A. ) And I have a dog he is a Pitbull mix, always quiet and just lays around and does dog stuff. Looking for somebody ideally a nursing student or somebody who is not looking for a long-term commitment to a rental as this lease may be up in April if I don't renew it. Quiet I don't party smoke cigarettes I'm in bed early and I'm up by 4:00 a. m. to hit the gym. The home is just a peaceful quiet clean happy sacred space to get away from all of the chaos of Los Angeles. The place is furnished beautifully and I'm as easy as they come. I am currently working from home through January. In April my lease is up for renewal I will most likely renew it for an additional 3 months but want to be transparent that I may not. Would prefer somebody with match energy quiet not a party animal not a revolving door of late night randoms in and out of the house. The home is the sanctuary and I take great pride in preserving the peaceful quiet aspect of it. In order to comply with my lease you will need to put your credentials on file with the leasing office. If you're somebody who's looking for a temporary 6 month stay which could potentially stretch out to 9 month stay then please drop me a line. Walking distance to trader joe's, target, BevMo , Ralphs, and within half a mile of Gelson's , Equinox, John Reed, and Whole Foods, and a lot of amazing restaurants. You have your own restroom private and the room is incredibly large with abundant closet space. Super convenient to have durable washer and dryer in unit. I cover all utilities including Wi-Fi electric garbage water trash parking and renters insurance.
