Room + Parking + Washer/Dryer

We don't have the unit yet. But a friend and I are set on 107 S Sweetzer Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90048. There's a 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom. The master bedroom is larger than both bedrooms and I will be taking it, but contributing more to the rent. There's an in unit washer/dryer. Full kitchen.

The total rent is $4.6k w/o utilities
I will be contributing $2.2k
My friend Jack will be contributing $1.2k.
You would be asked to contribute $1.2k as well.
There is 1.5 bathrooms. So shower sadly will need to be shared between you and Jack. (My master has a shower too and I don't care if someone else uses if need be)

About Me (William): I am hyper work/profession oriented. I run operations for a talent agency. We manage some large social media creators. My office is actually in the same building as my "boss" has his own unit and I will be working out of there. I am heavily open minded and very easy going.

About Jack: Jack is also work oriented working in Private Equity. Jack is also extremely easy going and open minded. He's very clean and organized. Extremely laid back/chill personality.

We are looking for a roommate that is chill and also hopefully career motivated. Neither of us really go clubbing/partying or do any drinking or any other activities. We just wish this person is clean and doesn't leave a mess.

We don't mind if you bring guests over and if they stay a few days, we might have friends visit on our end as well. We just want to make sure anyone who's invited doesn't cause problems or a mess.
