Looking for a laid back roommate, preferably female. I have a cat that stays in my bedroom. The kitchen and living room is furnished and intended to be used! I love to cook and interact, but also like my alone time. This apartment is great to do both because each other bed/baths are separated on opposite ends of the apartment. There’s a great pool, gym, Amazon locker, parking, and small storage. There’s a full vanity for you with a separate bathroom! A balcony that I have a lemon tree, but feel free to add.
