Looking for a good, compatible roommate for the second BR in a 2 BR/2BA apartment. The apartment has a balcony, large living and dining area, and dishwasher. Down the hall from the room is a private bathroom. There is also a non-tandem parking spot. The building has a pool/lounge area and a 24/7 laundry room. Utilities are half for internet and electricity while all other utilities are included. No pets are allowed. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Good credit (there is a credit check) and $1,300 security deposit is required (flexible depending on credit).
