Roommate Wanted - Furnished Private Bed and Bath

Hi, I'm looking for a roommate to share my 2bed/2bath apartment with, male or female. My last two roommates each stayed a year and a half. One was a swimsuit model and the other a military vet, so there's a good chance we'll get along. Cats and dogs are welcome with an additional security deposit if well behaved and house-broken. No smoking, it is not allowed inside the complex.

As for me, I'm a 35 year old male, very laid back and easy to get along with. I'm out most days but work from home as well. As long as you have a general respect for people and common spaces we will get along just fine.

Available for rent is a furnished bedroom with your own private bathroom. The bedroom is roomy and has ample closet space. It comes as pictured. The bathroom is also spacious and has a bathtub.

The living room has a TV with quite a few streaming services. There is also a stationary recumbent bike and a water rowing machine that are great for exercising while watching something. The kitchen is well equipped, however I don't cook much, so it's pretty much yours to do with as you like. There is also a patio with a gas BBQ.

Utilities are included as long as you're not blasting the AC 24/7.

The apartment is quiet and the neighbors and landlord are very friendly. I have a great relationship with the landlord who is reliable and quickly resolves any issues that arise. The unit is toward the back of the building, so street noise is not an issue. There is a pool and laundry on site. The complex is located on a beautiful tree-lined street just up from Gelson's market, walking distance from many restaurants and other services.

There is a gated parking garage, however I use the space assigned to the apartment. I do sometimes take my car when I leave town in which case you are welcome to park there while I'm away. There is permitted street parking otherwise.

Rent is $1650/month. First and last month's rent is required for move in, along with a $500 seurity deposite. An additional $500 security deposit is required if you have a pet.
