- water/plumbing covered by landlord

- 900 sq ft 2nd/top floor unit of a WeHo apartment

- landlords: sweet couple who are very attentive, respectful, and generous!

- amenities: W/D in unit, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, LOTS of kitchen storage, hardwood floors, parking spot, wall A/C, wall heater

- NO smoking, pets, or loud parties

I've included pics from the original listing back in Oct 2024 as well as current ones of our shared living space. The bedroom/bathroom featured is the one that's available! (the wall is no longer blue)

I have my own pet sitting business, so I love animals & being outside. I'm gone 1/2 of the month with housesitting, and don't worry, I never bring my clients home!

I’m a passionate (but clean) amateur chef! I’m either walking dogs, trying a new recipe, at a pilates class, or on the couch with wine & a new book or TV show.

I am looking to make a new friend as well as a new roommate.

I don't smoke or throw parties. I'm very respectful of the quiet hour rules 10 pm - 8 am.

I have never been behind on rent or bills. I've lived with roommates for almost 10 years now. I believe in respectful communication, establishing boundaries up front, and peacefully sharing the space.

The 2 bedrooms are almost equal. Mine has a few more feet and an attached bath. Your bath is across the small hallway. The bathrooms and closets are the same size.
My rent is $1550, without a parking space.
Your’s is $1650, and you have the parking spot.
