Gorgeous Hollywood/Hancock Park master bedroom

Hi! My roommate Kristen and I are looking for a third girl to join our 3-bedroom apartment in Hollywood (off Melrose next to Hancock Park) – move-in is July 15 or earlier 💫
The available room is the master, with a private bathroom and huge closet. We have in-unit laundry, dishwasher, garbage disposal, balcony, central heating/air conditioning, access to a gorgeous rooftop, and a gym. Also, a parking spot for you! Rent is $1700 per month (not including utilities which are around $50-70)! The lease is month to month.
A bit about us: I’m 28 and Kristen is 26. Kristen works in social media and influencer marketing, and I'm in entertainment. We’re both clean, respectful, and love keeping the apartment feeling cozy and calm during the week, but are social and fun on weekends.
We’re hoping to find someone who’s easygoing, clean and down to hang but also values their own space.
