Hi, I’m offering a large, unfurnished second bedroom with your own private bathroom in my very clean and calm 2 bed, 2 bath apartment on N. Edinburgh Ave near Melrose and Fairfax.

This home is suitable for a busy professional who works full time outside the apartment, and is looking for a peaceful, low-interaction place to recharge. This setup works best for someone who values privacy and alone time as this will organically be a “ships in the night” dynamic.

Not a fit for work-from-home, hybrid schedules, or couples.

Your large, unfurnished room comfortably fits a king bed, and has HUGE wall-to-wall closets. Brand new blinds will be installed before move-in. Your newly upgraded private bathroom, with bathtub/shower, is never shared (I have my own).

Apartment:
Super-fast WiFi, central AC/heat, monthly cleaner, pickup/drop off laundry service (w/ allowance), super easy + FREE street parking, very low split utilities. Water + trash is free.

About me:
I’m extremely busy, considerate, and very low interaction. This will naturally be a ‘ships in the night’ setup. I keep a clean home, and rarely ever have guests. One friendly cat who mostly stays in my room.

Month-to-month lease:
Building management requires tenants to be added to the month-to-month lease. Their rental application involves a credit/background check + proof of income.
