PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
Lease is month-to-month but you will need to be added to the lease as an addendum. Management company handle the application/screening, not me. They require proof of W2 income, good>excellent credit, and no prior evictions.

-Large, unfurnished bedroom w/ huge wall-to-wall/floor-ceiling closets with TONS of space.
-Comfortably fits a King bed.
-YOUR OWN full bathroom with newly reglazed tile, new floor, and new hardware. This is solely your bathroom - never shared.

The apartment:
-Small, clean kitchen suitable for light use
-Super-fast 1000mb fiber WiFi
-Central AC/heat with vent in every room
-Pick up/drop-off laundry service (with monthly allowance)
-Monthly cleaner ($40 each)
-VERY EASY non-permit street parking
-Secured building with Blink security in our unit
-Water + trash included
-Very low, evenly split utilities (roughly $45/50 each)

Rent: $1350/mo
Deposit: $1300 – refundable upon move-out

About me:
-British, full time working professional male (41)
-Clean, considerate, and keeps to myself.
-One well-behaved cat who mainly stays in my room. No more pets allowed.

About you:
-A steadily employed professional working outside the home.
-Considerate, independent, and keeps to themselves.
-No smoking, or frequent overnight guests, please.
