NOTE- I travel a lot so you will have the apartment to yourself most of the time.

I am looking for a quiet, professional, non smoking roommate to share an amazing centrally located, 1200sf 2 bedroom 2 bath, mid century modern apartment just steps from Santa Monica Blvd.

The apartment is on the top floor, it's a corner unit of a 3 story building, west facing for beautiful sunsets, and has a balcony that overlooks the street.

It has central A/C and Heat, new wall to wall carpets, wet bar, and a large kitchen with lots of cabinet and counter space with plenty of room to move around and cook.

The bedroom is approx 350sf and has a large walk in closet (25sf) with an additional hall closet space available if needed.

On site laundry is available down the hall and uses an online app to pay for the washer & dryer. The building has an elevator, large pool, small weight room with sauna, and gated, garaged parking.
There is 1 dedicated parking space in the garage for you.

Secure entry to the building is via key fob access and a call box, with security cameras and an on-site manager.

You will be living in the heart of West Hollywood, in an incredibly convenient location that's a quick walk to restaurants, cafes, Melrose Ave, all the bars (20 min walk), as well as public transit (704 & 4 bus). Sunset Blvd is a 15 minute walk uphill from the apartment.

Many gay/gay friendly, long term tenants in the building so meeting new people will come easily.

You need to be non-smoking (42o ok on balcony) quiet, professional and respectful. Unfortunately I cannot have pets.
