I am looking for a fun gay or gay friendly roommate. I have two room options available, one shares a bathroom and the other has an ensuite bathroom.

Located near West Hollywood and the Beverly Center on a beautiful tree lined street. The quiet neighborhood is within easy walking distance to all the WeHo areas of interest.

The duplex is a large nicely furnished space with central A/C, a relaxing patio and most coveted… an in-unit washer/dryer for laundry. There is a garage to park a small car otherwise street parking is available.

The room is unfurnished and has its own full bathroom.

Available for immediate move-in. I am asking $1700 a month for the room with shared bathroom that is next to it. Due prior to move in is first and last month’s rent. Utilities to be shared.
