I am looking for a fun gay or gay friendly roommate to share my apartment.

Located near West Hollywood and the Beverly Center on a beautiful tree lined street. The quiet neighborhood is within easy walking distance to all the WeHo areas of interest.

The duplex is a large nicely furnished space with central A/C, a relaxing patio and most coveted… an in-unit washer/dryer for laundry. There is a garage to park a small car otherwise street parking is available.

Your room is partially furnished with a bed and two nightstands. The rest is an open canvass for you to make your own as you wish. The shared bathroom is closeby.

Available for immediate move-in. I am asking $1800 a month, with first and last due at move-in. Utilities, Spectrum cable, and wifi for streaming services are included in the rent.
