Quiet, gated apartment with underground parking. Huge living room and kitchen, large bedrooms, washer/dryer, central heat/AC, fireplace, garage parking and a semi-private patio—all just steps from shops and restaurants on Melrose and near The Grove.
Bedroom is unfurnished (except for a wall-mounted TV) with a large window and a large closet and private bathroom. There’s a large wall-mounted TV in the room. Carpet will be replaced with new flooring this month. The rest of the apartment is furnished. Kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, 2 microwaves.
Apartment is shared with 3 roommates (20s to 50s) who are quiet and respectful, and clean up after themselves. We expect the same. All genders welcome.
Bills average $100/month, including gas, electricity and Internet. No smoking, no drugs, no pets. Not a young party house, and we strongly prefer someone with a full-time job outside the house M-F.
Month to month. Credit/background check required. $1400 rent + $1400 deposit.
