Bedroom is unfurnished with a large window, a wall-mounted TV and a large closet. The rest of the apartment is furnished. Kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, 2 microwaves.
Apartment is shared with 3 roommates (30s to 50s) who are quiet and respectful, and clean up after themselves. We expect the same. All genders welcome.
Bills average $125/month, including gas, electricity and Internet. No smoking, no drugs, no pets. Not a young party house, and we strongly prefer someone with a full-time job outside the house M-F.
Month to month. Credit/background check required. $1400 rent + $1400 deposit.
