You'll find yourself wanting to take photos in every corner of your new home! My fiancé Tamara and I are both female painters who have recently fully updated our West Hollywood place. Our home is in a well desired, walkable, grassy green, and safe neighborhood! It's also very well lit, warm, comfortable and chic.

We have a 90inch TV movie theatre living room with a cloud couch that you'll never want to get up from! Your new bedroom and bathroom have also been FULLY renovated as of April 1st. Your bedroom is furnished with a 65in TV complete with all of the apps (free of charge) and a king size bed! We have our own private yard to enjoy fully bedded with roses and fresh herbs, tomatoes, lemons and limes!

My fiancé and I have our paint studio located in Hollywood that we work out of, you'll get to enjoy all of the benefits of the finished artwork!
We're preferably looking for female, but open to the right male.
Must be clean, no smoking indoors, and be comfortable with cats.
We have two very well behaved fancy Exotic Shorthair Persian cats.
We go out most weekends, but never bring the party home with us.
There is laundry on site. Parking is very easily found within the neighborhood, however if that's something that you absolutely would like, we can discuss that at an extra cost.
