The apartment has a creative, lived-in feel with art, some workout equipment, and studio elements. It’s fully furnished with a spacious kitchen and living room, balcony, fireplace, dishwasher, AC, rooftop pool with a Hollywood Hills view, and laundry right outside the unit. Gated parking included.

The room comes furnished with a bed and a few essentials. You’d have your own bathroom.

I keep the space comfortable and organized, and it has a calm, aesthetic energy. Ideally looking for someone easygoing, naturally clean, and respectful of shared space. Female preferred. Not a party house.

I work in photography and creative projects, so the apartment has a productive but peaceful flow. Best fit is someone who has their own routine and values a quiet, stable home environment.

I have a cat, so must be pet friendly. Prefer no additional pets unless discussed.

Rent is $1650/month. Utilities (electric, gas, water, internet) are split.
