Bedroom has a twin bed, a huge closet, large desk, with plenty of room space. Shared bathroom with one other roommate, which has large bath and shower, heater and lots of storage.

The current two roommates (20's) are friendly, clean, down-to-earth and respectful. Both work professionally as creatives (production/entertainment, and actor/performer). Seeking similar female roomie to share this wonderful home! The female roomie shares bathroom with this room for rent, and sometimes works from home. Male roomie has own bathroom and works out of the home most days till late.

We can arrange times to view the room/apartment in person and meet the roommates, or also via video-chat. I've leased this apartment since 2009, and need this room rented while I am away, so I can do video-chat to answer any questions.
