Hi future roommate!

My house is located near Plummer Park in West Hollywood! Just down the street (15 min walking) you'll run into a Target, TJ’s, Whole Foods, bars, gyms and more! I've lived in this neighborhood since I moved to LA and I'm just obsessed and truly feel at home here. My neighbors are also very friendly and we all look out for each other!

The home is a 3 bedrooms/2 bath Spanish style home that I've rented for almost 3 years now. It's a pretty open concept as well which gives it a a nice homey touch! It has a front patio, Permitted Parking (I have guest passes but you're also welcome to purchase a perm pass from the city), W/D in unit, Central AC and heat and the best part, my little mix breed pup, Tonks!

I'm Shanarra "Shuh-nar-ra" or Sha "Shay" and I'm a 31 year old female with a two full-time jobs (my own company and corporate retail). I do fully work from home.

I'm looking to live with two people over the age 28 y. o. with a full-time professional job. Proof of income will be required from per the owner's request. I've enjoyed maintaining a friendly relationship with anyone I've lived with and would be more than happy to have you connect with past/current roommates as well. One of the most important things to me is that you're clean and respectful of the living spaces. I've lived with people since I was 14 (boarding school) so know how to keep common spaces clean. We don't share bathrooms so do your thing with that space haha.

You’d be moving in JANUARY 1ST and must be willing to sign a 3 month sublease + deposit. At the end of the sublease if we’ve lived well together you’ll then go M2M with 30 days notice required. The rooms are a nice size one is $1650 and the other $1750. One months rent deposit required as well. Utilities are additional. Shared bathroom. Option to come partially furnished.
