Looking for someone (ONE PERSON) who is fully employed or full time grad student with a happy healthy lifestyle, friendly, a non-smoker, who is responsible paying bills on time and appreciates the arts. The house is very unique, colorful and filled with art. NO couples 

Easily accessible to UCLA by bus or car.

$1200 a month First and last month rent and $250 cleaning deposit to move in. Must be vacinated
