Hello, I’m looking for a new roommate as my current one is moving back to France.

The room is a double room, can fit a queen/king sized bed, has a small walk-in closet and its own Private bathroom with a full bath and toilettes. The room also comes with a private parking space in the building (underground parking).

The house is fully furnished and has TV, cable, 2 ovens, microwave, wine cooler, etc. and ALL bills included. There is a huge shared living room and kitchen, and a big private rooftop with amazing views of sunset and the mountains! We can also occasionally share the 3rd bedroom, which is a home office.

The area: Killer location around the block from world class shopping and restaurants on Robertson Blvd, Cedars Sinai, Beverly Center, Bristol Farms. Very safe neighborhood!
The ideal roommate: pays rent on time and keeps a clean space. You can invite guests as well, and you don’t mind living with a small and very loving pomeranian puppy.
