The room is a double room, fully furnished with a queen bed and full-sized desk with drawer, a small walk-in closet and its own Private bathroom with a full bath and toilet. The room also comes with a private parking space in the building (underground parking).

The house is fully furnished and has TV, cable, 2 ovens, microwave, wine cooler, etc. and ALL bills included. There is a huge shared living room and kitchen, and a big private rooftop with amazing views of sunset and the mountains! There is additional storage available if needed in the house.

The area: Killer location around the block from world class shopping and restaurants on Robertson Blvd, Cedars Sinai, Beverly Center, Bristol Farms, Melrose. Very safe neighborhood!

The ideal roommate: pays rent on time and keeps a clean space. You can invite guests as well, and you don’t mind living with a small and very loving pomeranian puppy.
