Best walking score in LA. Room available in 2br 2ba condo. Quiet (away from street, no shared walls), spacious, furnished, and opposite end of apartment from 2nd Br. Room is a converted den with covered french doors - and comes with it's own private bath.

Furnishings: full sized eco memory foam bed, secretary with drop-down desk, dressers, flatscreen TV in room w/Apple TV, own bath/shower.

Share with considerate professional female who works 9-7+ in TV and stays on the west side ~3x week when in town -- and travels back and forth to NYC often. When i'm home, i tend to be writing or watching tv in my room (work necessity), but like to share a glass of wine/socializing at local spots with roommates on occasion.

Washer/dryer just outside apartment (10 steps down the hall). Ample street parking (permit and non).

Looking for someone respectful, trustworthy, down to earth, and mature who is a nonsmoker - and who can stay a minimum of two months. No couples or people with a lot of guest needs please - just looking for one roommate. Room not ideal for someone who works from home - as construction will be happening next door during weekdays.
