This is a four bedroom 3 bath house and are looking to rent one furnished room with a private bathroom. Room comes furnished, full size bed, dresser, desk, chair, bookcase, 42 inch TV. This is a safe and quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to Fallbrook shopping center, Movie theater, Walmart , Trader Joes, and lots of restaurants.
Who are we: We are middle age working couple, low- key, we enjoy arts, music, festivals, quiet evenings in our zen and harmonious home. We have grown children who visit us but we are empty nesters.

We are looking for a responsible, respectful, clean and quiet tenant with proof of stable income. Preferably a college student or working professional.
Room is for one individual only- no couples.
This is a month to month tenancy.
