The house has been recently remodeled, and almost all of the furniture is brand new. It’s a quiet, cozy, and well-maintained home, perfect for someone who appreciates a peaceful living environment.

The room includes:
• A bed (currently a twin bed, but it can be replaced with a full or queen-size bed depending on your preference)
• A large closet with shelves and drawers
• A desk with drawers and a chair
• Private balcony
• Private toilet located right next to the bedroom
• Shared shower with one female housemate

House amenities:
• Access to the kitchen for light cooking
• In-house washer and dryer
• Community swimming pool and jacuzzi
• Plenty of street parking
• High-speed Wi-Fi
• Central A/C and heating

Utilities:
• Water, trash, internet, and other HOA-covered utilities are included.
• Gas and electricity are shared equally among the tenants.

Deposit: $1,200.
