Seeking Lease Takeover West Pasadena

*My roommate and I are looking for a third person to replace our friend who is moving out shortly. We live in close proximity to Pasadena City College, STUDENTS WELCOME

*The master bedroom is available which is part of a townhouse containing 3 bedrooms total; 2 and a half bathrooms (1 downstairs bathroom and 1 shared upstairs; the 3rd is in the master bedroom).

*In unit washer and dryer, Central air and heating.

*There is a spacious shared living room and kitchen with access to a small patio in the back. You will also be given access to parking space in the parking garage, however street parking is never an issue (however cars parked overnight will need a long-term or daily parking pass through the Passport App)

About us:

We are 2 filmmakers who recently moved to Pasadena for a more relaxing atmosphere during our downtime away from sets and our day jobs. We spend our time at home watching movies and working on projects. We are looking for a friendly person who cleans up after themselves and doesn't mind the occasional guest or social gathering. We're ideally looking for another creative person however we are very open minded people and all walks of life are welcome.
