The apartment is conveniently off the 210 freeway near PCC and CalTech. Your room is UNFURNISHED AND spacious (previous roommate had a king size bed with 2 desks) with a walk-in closet and large bathroom. This is also the GUEST bathroom. Bedrooms do NOT share walls.

We have an enclosed patio. Central heat and air. The building has 18 units, 6 on each floor. Unit is on the first level. Each floor has 1 washer, 1 dryer. Safe neighborhood. One parking space is included next to my car. Local retailers include Ralph’s, Rite Aid and Michael’s and a short drive to OT Pasadena.

I have lived here for 1 year but I have been in the Pasadena area for the last 6 years. I am seeking a considerate and communicative roommate (NO COUPLES) to share space with. I am in school and also work part-time. It is important to me to find a strong fit. Seeking NON-SMOKER.

I’m a Los Angeles native, Pisces and some of my interests include arts and culture, nature, true crime, food and travel.
