Rental Policy and Requirements:
-Minimum FICO credit score of 620

-Full credit and background check.

-Rental policy requires 2 and half months of verifiable income and one month deposit ($986)

-One year lease, month-to-month after the first year

-Tenants pay ALL utilities (including water and trash)

-Fully completed application with a copy of identification(s)

-Accept small dogs (less than 25 lb.) or cats. There's a $500 deposit per pet.

-Previous rental references.

-There's a $35 fee per applicant (18 yrs or older). The fee must be paid in cash, money order, checks, PayPal, or Venmo.
