Looking to sublet one of our rooms in Mid City

We are looking to sublet one of the rooms in our beautiful Mid City home starting July 1st.

We are a house of creatives seeking to fill a room as our current roommate will be working in another city for six months. The rent is $754 per month, with a bathroom shared by two roommates, and the room will be available on July 1st. There is street parking available for the first month, and a dedicated parking spot will be available starting in August!

We are seeking female-identified and femme applicants preferably. Please note smoking is not allowed in the home. While we love pets, we cannot accommodate any more in the house (the dog in the photo was a visitor).

Our neighborhood is lively and walkable, with grocery stores just five minutes away and several popular restaurants nearby. It's a great area for anyone doing an internship or moving here for work! We are currently replacing our washer and dryer, but there is a laundromat down the street.

We are looking for a six-month sublease, with the possibility of renewal. Please keep in mind that there is a $754 security deposit required upon moving in.
