My Roommate and I are two guys age 27 and 26. We are looking for a third. The room comes with a private bathroom, walk-in closet and a small balcony from which you can see the Hollywood sign. The room is unfurnished. We have a garage which we have converted into a big hangout/workout/storage area, as we have space for three cars in our driveway anyways. The garage is quite large.
