Hi there!

I'm a queer, British creative director (she/her), in my 40s originally from London looking for a house mate from now through to April 2026, so 6 months (after that we'd need to renew the lease if we wish.)

I rent a beautiful, newly renovated house on a lovely palm-tree-lined street in the heart of West Adams.

It's an amazing central LA location where you can be on the 10 freeway in two minutes and at Kenneth Hahn State park in five.

Culver City is super close, as is Baldwin Hills. You can jump on La Brea and get all the way up into WeHo, Fairfax, The Grove, Hollywood and beyond.

There are two bedrooms, one bathroom and a massive backyard including a lemon tree!

Your bedroom has lots of lovely natural light and a spacious built-in closet. The bedroom and closet are shown in the photos. It will ultimately be unfurnished when you move in.

Also if you have more furniture for the house, i'm flexible, happy to change the communal spaces, want to make sure you feel at home.

The house has super-efficient splitters throughout for both AC and winter heat so utilities are good.

I work from the office Tuesday to Thursday and am tidy and quiet at home, but would be up for hanging out, making dinner together some nights if you'd like, no pressure, happy to go with the flow. I go to the gym and a local pottery studio which i love, you could come to if you're feeling crafty.

$1,800/month + Utilities (landlord pays for water and gardener)

Deposit required $1,800

Please note that you will need to submit your application via Rent Spree, but it's all pretty straightforward.

Ideally looking for someone 30-45, a professional, someone who keeps things tidy and is chill. The house is on a quiet street, neighbors are friendly. All round good vibes. Come take a look!
