Hi, my name is Clarissa and I’m looking for a female roommate. Some rules I go by; I advise cleaning up after your own mess since I don’t think anyone wants to come home to a messy area. Ask before using any roommates’ belongings as it can be important to resist temptation. Respect personal space and always knock before entering room. Be mindful when having guests over. It’s okay to have friends or family over from time to time, but you’ll need to be considerate when doing so. Check-in before inviting guests over so it isn’t an unwelcome surprise. I don’t allow renters to let people sleepover. If your guests however remain after your roommate has gone to sleep or while they are doing something that requires concentration, keep your noise levels down to avoid disturbances as walls are thin. Plan ahead and make a budget to ensure you can pay both your rent and bills on time. Share the common spaces. Always treat others, especially those you live with, how you would like to be treated. I live in a double size mobile home. It’s a two bedroom and two bathroom. I do ask that when guest come over they are allowed to have access to the main bathroom; which will also be considered your bathroom. The floor space is on the open side and has great lighting throughout the home. There’s a small backyard with a seating area. Two parkings available, one for you and the other for me. There is a community laundry unit on site and there’s a community pool and clubhouse. I do not have any pets. The location is in an area close to the freeway and shopping center. As well as it being 7 minutes away from Cal Poly Pomona and Mt. SAC. The pictures of the room is the one for rent. My current roommate moves out soon. So I’m looking for someone to move in June 1st.
