Hi, my name is Clarissa and I’m looking for a female roommate. I do advise that we do have a weekly checkup about having an open discussion about any potential problems as it can help prevent conflict or resentment from building. As well as cleaning up after your own mess since I don’t think anyone wants to come home to a messy area. Ask before using any roommates’ belongings as it can be important to resist temptation and ask before you touch any belongings or eat the other persons food since living now a days isn’t cheap. Respect personal space and always knock before entering room and try to avoid chatting when either one seem like they might not be in a social mood, such as when they have headphones in or are reading. Be mindful when having guests over. It’s okay to have friends or family over from time to time, but you’ll need to be considerate when doing so. Check-in before inviting guests over so it isn’t an unwelcome surprise. If your guests remain after your roommate have gone to sleep or while they are doing something that requires concentration, keep your noise levels down to avoid disturbances as walls are thin. Pay bills on time. Plan ahead and make a budget to ensure you can pay both your rent and your utility bills on time. Share the common spaces. Make sure that every roommate has a chance to use the common spaces if they want to. If you know that your roommate has to work from home, study or sleep, consider watching your favorite shows or listening to music with headphones so they aren’t disturbed. Be kind, even if you are feeling very frustrated with your roommates, try to approach situations thoughtfully and avoid insulting or hurtful comments. Always treat others, especially those you live with, how you would like to be treated. I live in a double size mobile home. It’s a two bedroom and two bathroom. I do ask that when guest come over they are allowed to have access to the main bathroom; which will also be considered your bathroom. The floor space is on the open side and has great lighting throughout the home. There’s a small backyard with a seating area. Two parkings available, one for you and the other for me. There is a community laundry unit on site and there’s a community pool and clubhouse. I do not have any pets. The location is in an area close to the freeway and shopping center. As well as it being 7 minutes away from Cal Poly Pomona and Mt. SAC. The pictures of the room is the one for rent. My current roommate moves out soon. So I’m looking for someone to move in June 1st.
