Hey, My name is Alain, and I'm looking for a roomate to move into my Baldwin Hills Townhouse. This space comes with a private bathroom, walk in closet, and a spacious room, along with a shared/closed garage area. I'm a 5 minute walk from a Supermarket, train station, Crenshaw Mall, Kaiser Permanente and Leimurt Park.

I, myself, am a 35 year old tech professional with a dog, who's very well trained and chill. I usually keep it fairly quiet on the weekdays and spend a lot of my time outdoors, working out and cooking.
