Nestled near Sofi, Leimert Park, Kenneth Hahn Park, Culver City, Westfield Mall, Crenshaw Mall, .....10fw,405fw, 105fwy, and 110fwy.
It's a .25-mile walk to the Metro train going to the Airport, Santa Monica Beach, CSU, and Downtown.

View Park offers a safe and vibrant community. Enjoy tree-lined streets, local parks, and a welcoming atmosphere. Convenient amenities, shopping, and a friendly neighborhood make it an ideal place to call home.

About the Room:
The room currently has a twin-size bed, which a Cal king can easily fit. featuring hardwood floors, with a built-in desk. The room is 13x11.5 not pet-friendly or non-smoking. You can smoke outside, but never in the house.

About the House:
3 bedroom 2 full bathroom house is 2300 sf with high ceiling. The living has a working fireplace, a large TV, and a wall for movie-watching

The home encourages a sense of community with shared spaces designed for socializing since it was built to house the Olympics.

About Me:

57, divorced and I have lived in this house for over 25 years, My 2 children no longer stay here and the house is empty most of the time.

I am an artist in all things visual from laying tile to 3D animation. I am used to living alone, but feel one of the rooms can be used. I hope to find some with like-minded thoughts and dreams for the world.

Future Note:
I might consider another roommate, only 1 per room
