The house is perfectly positioned between View Park, Leimert Park, and Inglewood at 3rd Avenue and 54th Street, making the entire city easily accessible. 5 blocks to Exposition Boulevard, 15 minutes to the center of DTLA, 3 miles to USC campus, 15 minutes to West Hollywood, 15 minutes to LMU campus. The house sits directly between DTLA, Culver City and Inglewood making commuting for work a breeze. The 110, the 10, and the 405 are also easily accessible.

The common spaces are large and open, with plenty of space for work or relaxing. The house has a shared laundry closet with a new washer / dryer for use by all housemates.

All common areas are furnished and stocked with essentials. The front porch is quaint, overlooking a well-kept front lawn. Off-street parking is available for one to two housemates, first come first serve, within a fenced and gated drive way. The house will only house a max of four individuals.

Renters are responsible for utilities. No cigarette smoking is permitted indoors. First month's rent along with a deposit is due at lease signing.
