this is a space in in my second living room/guest room. I'm not renting it as a private room just yet but you will be left alone and your space will be respected.
It's got great light and it's next to the bathroom, plus you have your own little mini living room right next to your sleeping area.

The room is 12x14' plus a double closet Shower is shared in the other bathroom. Metro line Expo/ Farmdale and Expo La Brea, the 105 bus and the 212 bus are close as well. There is good parking on the street. Jim Gillian Park is close. Kennith Hahn Park is across the street. I live here alone.
