Shared living room, dining area, kitchen, backyard with one other occupant and one dog. Rent is $1400/mo with utilities separate (water and sewage are included). Location is leimert park. House is 15minutes away from USC, 10 minutes from kenneth Hahn. Quiet street with mainly families occupying other houses and elementary school down the street.

Current occupant (myself, owner) is a 30s female professional who is quiet, clean, and keeps to herself. I work hybrid so will work from home some weekdays. I have one medium sized female dog (hound mix) and will consider 1 other dog (meet and greet with dogs required). No cats, sorry I’m allergic.

Ideal roommate would be a working professional or mature student, clean, quiet in the sense of no parties/loud music late nights. Ideally between 25-40yr old, female preferred, but open to all applicants. Deposit is $1400. 1 year lease preferred. Will be asking for proof of income, credit score, and references. Security deposit and first months rent will be due with signing of lease.
