This is a duplex property & the front house is fully renovated & offers ‘fully furnished’ 4 bedrooms and 4 en-suite bathrooms.

Front Yard - Description: The entire front yard has added privacy with a white picket fence, along with a 6 seater wicker furniture set, fire table, pool table & heat lamp. The front yard has all artificial grass and accessible via the key front gate or through the patio, to allow for some outdoor personal time or also for hosting a small group.

Front Doors - Description: There are two door entrances into this front property ie one into a separate unit (which also joins with a separate door into the living room & kitchen). The other door leads into the kitchen & living room and the rest of the 3 bedrooms & 3 en-suite bathrooms house (you would be using the latter door).

This Unit with En-Suite Bathroom - Description: This Bedroom has a brand new bedroom set with a queen size Bed & mattress, a 42 inch TV with Cable and WiFi, & a nightstand lamp and clock.

Natural Sunlight shines throughout the room with 2 windows. Windows also offer both levolor room darkening shades as well as room darkening curtains, for those who prefer a darker room setting.

This Units Closet - Description: The closet is fully stocked with an Iron, Ironing board, Slim Hangers, Laundry Basket, Swiffer wet and dry wipes along with a Swiffer Mop so as to allow for self cleaning. There is a custom shelving unit offering 4 Hanging Rods & Shelves. Provided are also Laundry detergent, Bleach and Softener.

This Units En-Suite Bathroom - Description: Towels & face towels are provided. The bathroom is fully stocked with paper towel, extra toilet paper, hair dryer, toothbrush, toothpaste, and bathroom cleaning supplies to allow for self-cleaning. The shower has a wall mounted shampoo, conditioner & a bodywash dispenser fully filled.

Shared Laundry Room - Description: The laundry room offers a washer & dryer along with a bench for placing your items, while working on your laundry load.

Living Room & Kitchen - Description: Brand new furnishings ie a 4 seater couch. The kitchen is stocked with utensils and cutlery for each tenant. The dining table seats 8 people very comfortably.

Patio - Description: There is a step down patio which is accessible through the living room door & offers 2 lounge wicker furniture sets. This is a covered area where one can enjoy coffee while reading or taking in some quiet time. The patio also joins with the wrap around white picket fenced front yard.

Abit about…. This house is stocked this way for traveling international & national students, traveling nurses & working professionals who relocated to Los Angles. Each tenant has their own lease agreement.

Clean up of the common areas of both interior and exterior areas will take place monthly (already included in the rent)

A lot of consideration was taken into customizing these units & en-suite bedrooms so that it has all that is necessary for a new deserving tenant, and I hope it feels like home away from home.

About the roomies
The current tenants are respectful, friendly, clean & quiet. I was once a traveling international student, so I understand the importance of a fully furnished home-away-from-home that feels safe & clean. I’m a clean landlady who makes sure the common areas are professionally cleaned once a month. I only ask that we each do our part in keeping individual & common areas clean as well. I enjoy traveling and keep quite busy daily with several projects. I’m always on the move!!
