ROOMS FOR RENT

Hey guys.
Please read carefully as there are 2 rooms available, 1 short term, 1 long term, starting on different dates.

I am subletting the master bedroom, in my 2 Bed, 1 Bath House, for 1-2 months (flexible) starting May 12th, whilst I return to England

My roommate is also leaving for her travels, so the 2nd bedroom will be available to rent
June 1st - long term.

The house, including both bedrooms are fully furnished and equipped with everything you need - it’s the perfect spot for landing in LA.

• Located on the historic Venice Canals.
• HUGE yard leading straight out into the canals.
• Parking
• 2 garages (one for laundry)
• 5 min walk to the beach. 10 min walk to Abbott Kinney.
• Barge and a flamingo peddle boat for trips around the canals.

If taking the short term master bedroom, you would be sharing with Mariah. She is 30, teacher and artist and practices yoga and meditation daily.

For the long term rental, you would be sharing with myself. I am 40, from England, and lived on the canals for 5 years. I mainly work from home, love having wine in the yard, with friends, BBQs, watching movies in the evening, VERY clean and tidy, and welcome someone who would enjoy sharing the space with me in a similar way.

Master Bedroom is $2500 (but discounted if you happy to feed my adorable outdoor cat Morty twice a day)
2nd Bedroom $2400
Total for property is $4900 (unfortunately rent has just gone up following the Covid freeze)
This includes water, gardner, netflix, HBO, Disney, Hulu etc. Gas, Electric and Internet run at about $75 depending on season. One month security deposit is required for the long term rental, and $500 for the short term.
