Minimal-non kitchen user preferred.

Furnished with a single bed, chest of drawers, nightstand, and mini-fridge.
There's a natural gas grill with side burner in the shared patio area you can use.
I have a queen sized mattress you can use but no frame for it.

Suitable for one person only.

Quiet, residential neighborhood. 3 blocks west of Lincoln Blvd, just north of Venice Blvd. Less than 1 mile to the beach, Google, Wholefoods; a few minutes walk to Erewhon, Abbott Kinney, etc.

Please note:
I truly love this old house but it is almost 100 years old and needs lots of updates. If you want something new and super clean, this isn't the place for you!

I am a single, professional, crazy cat lady who works from home.
I have three cats and you will likely hear me talking to them as if they were people.
Because I work from home, I am looking for someone who does not.

Month-to-month rental agreement.

$1600 deposit.
Utilities included.
