Laid back, spiritual, creative PhD student (USC Cinematic Arts) looking for a mature, good energy person for awesome 2 bed 1 bath apartment across the street from Venice Muscle Beach.

The Room: Spacious room with lots of light and huge closet in a newly renovated apartment.

The apartment: All new appliances; gas range stove/oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, air fryer + Keurig. Parking included in price.

The Building: One of the coolest locations in Venice. It's a converted resort hotel with lots of outdoor walkways, seating areas, barbeque pits, and an awesome salt water pool (heated year round) and hot tub. The neighbors are super cool and respectful.

More about me: I'm in my final year of my PhD at USC with a focus on immersive media, philosphy, and using new technology (AR/VR/Blockchain) for community organizing. 30's, active, love to do yoga, go out with friends, and hoping to get into more beach activities like surfing (breakwater is across the street) working out at muscle beach, pickleball and skating. I'm into art shows, music events, might go to Burning Man again in August.

The Vibe: Respect, clear communication, and good energy are extremely important to me. Someone who is spiritual or has a respect for the unseen realms would be ideal. I'm kind, positive, and just try to treat people how I want to be treated. I'm Muslim so prefer not to have any drugs or alcohol in the house.
