Private Room & Bathroom — 3BR/2BA in Venice

We're looking for a new roommate to fill a vacancy in our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Venice. The apartment has a spacious living room, a private patio, and a kitchen with a dining area. You'd have your own private room and your own private bathroom, plus washer/dryer on site.

We're a gay couple, easygoing, both creatives (writer and interior designer), with a small service dog who's sweet and keeps to herself. We keep common areas clean and respect each other's space and property. We're an LGBTQ+ household and want a roommate who'll be comfortable living in one.

Our schedules differ, so you'll often have the place to yourself. We want this to feel like your home, not just a place you're passing through.
Rent is $1350/month (month-to-month sublease), $1000 deposit. Electric, internet, and gas are split three ways and run roughly $30 to $60/month total (power bill is billed bimonthly). Water and trash are included. No pets, please.

We're in a residential neighborhood off Venice Blvd, close to Costco and Venice High School, a few miles from the 405 and the beach. Short bike ride or drive to Santa Monica, Culver City, and the rest of Venice. Neighbors are friendly and street parking is almost always available.

Room's available August 1st, maybe a little earlier. We're looking for someone long-term, ideally a year or more. Message us and tell us about yourself and your timeline.
