Summer Sublet available in great neighborhood May 15 - August 30 with possibility to extend through September.

Looking to sublet my bedroom with bathroom.

Room is furnished with a queen platform bed with 6 drawers for clothing storage, floating side tables, a closet with hangers, full length mirror and a small chest of 3 drawers.

$2100/month (includes: utilities, WiFi, gardener and housekeeper to clean the common areas weekly)
$2000 security deposit
Non-smoking home.

Spend the summer in a 1940s era beach bungalow in Venice, California.

Located near the Penmar golf course/park (residential/walkable neighborhood), 9 minute bike ride to the beach, 20 minute walk to Abbot Kinney. Walking distance to grocery stores, cafes, shops, mechanic, and bars.

Other bedroom is occupied by my lovely housemate, Elizabeth. Early 30s, female, works from home 1-2x a week.

3rd bedroom is a home office space.
