A medium to large furnished (or unfurnished if you prefer) bedroom with shared bathroom in a 2-bedroom, single storey Spanish-style stucco house in a walkable Venice Beach neighborhood. Fully fenced and secure house with gated back yard.

W/D, dishwasher, 2nd refridgerator, Wi-Fi, large covered deck, flagstone patios in the front and backyard. There is a separate studio at the back of the property with a tenant who shares the W/D. If you imagine living here for an extended period, shared garage storage is available. Bus Stop at the corner. On street parking.

Walk to Venice Beach, the canals, the library, Erewhon, and the shops and restaurants on Abbot Kinney.

I work from home providing care for small dogs. You must love dogs because they will love you. No other pets are possible.
